The Real Estate Investors Association Dallas Ft. Worth (REIA DFW) does not render legal, tax, economic or investment advice. The REIA DFW does not investigate its members, nor vouch for, nor make representation as to the honesty, integrity, reliability, motives or resources of its members, guests, officers, directors, employees, speakers, agents or vendors. A person, in consideration for his/her acceptance as a member/guest of The REIA DFW, hereby releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify The REIA DFW, its officers, directors, volunteers, members, guests, employees, agents, contractors, speakers and vendors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions or communications made by The REIA DFW or its officers, directors, volunteers, members, guests, employees, contractors, agents, speakers and vendors in or through their respective capacities with The REIA DFW.
Members/Guests agree to comply with the Code of Ethics and the By-Laws of The REIA DFW. No implied endorsements or warranties of products, persons, literature or ideas presented at any meetings or in any email or online discussion board activity of The REIA DFW by its members, guests or speakers are made by The REIA DFW, its officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors. Any literature which may be distributed during meetings or any email or online discussion board activity of The REIA DFW have not been reviewed or approved in advance by The REIA DFW.
All REIA DFW members and guests are encouraged to do their own research and due diligence regarding ideas and concepts obtained at The REIA DFW meetings or through any email or online discussion board activity. Applicant agrees and acknowledges that The REIA DFW may enforce these codes, terms, rules and regulations at its sole and absolute discretion and may terminate any membership at any time for any reason whatsoever. Consultation with appropriate professional advisors is highly recommended by The REIA DFW prior to the implementation of any ideas or concepts obtained at its meetings. Members and guests agree not to market any classes, training, coaching or mentoring to other members or guests of the The REIA DFW. If this provision is violated, The REIA DFW will terminate your membership.
