Who We Are
The Real Estate Investors Association of Dallas-Fort Worth (REIA DFW) is a premier community for real estate investors in the DFW metroplex from beginners closing their first deal to experienced professionals managing large portfolios. Founded as part of the Texas Wealth Network the Largest Real Estate Investment Association in Texas, active since 2002 REIA DFW has grown into a trusted hub for education, networking, and real-world deal-making across Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, and surrounding DFW communities.
REIA DFW is led by Shenoah Grove a licensed Texas Broker and REALTOR who has personally completed over 1,200 real estate transactions since 2003, totaling more than $200,000,000 in value. Shenoah brings unmatched local expertise in the DFW market across every market cycle since 2002.

Monthly Investor Meetings
Our flagship monthly meetings are held at 2985 Avenue of the Stars, Frisco, TX 75034. Each meeting features real DFW market insights, deal discussions, and networking with active local investors.
Workshops and Training Sessions
We host in-depth workshops covering topics like fix-and-flip strategies, buy-and-hold investing, creative financing, off-market deal finding, and the DFW market outlook. These sessions are led by active local investors — not paid speakers.
